Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen bu entegre, basit reset ve power-on reset uygulamaları için tasarlanmıştır. 2.9V eşik gerilimi ile tek bir voltajı izler ve çıkışı açık drenaj (open drain) veya açık kolektör (open collector) tipi olarak sağlar. Reset sinyali aktif düşük (active low) olup, reset sürekliliği minimum 143ms olarak belirlenmiştir. -40°C ile 85°C arasındaki geniş çalışma sıcaklık aralığı sayesinde çeşitli endüstriyel ve ticari uygulamalarda kullanılabilir. Kompakt SOT-23-3 paketleme ile yüzey montajı yapılabilir.
