Açıklama:
Bu bileşen, NXP tarafından üretilen bir Zener diyotudur. 5.6V nominal Zener gerilimi ile tasarlanmış olup, SMT (Yüzeye Montaj) yöntemine uygun bir yapıya sahiptir. Cam kılıf malzemesi ile üretilmiş olan bu diyot, -65°C ile +200°C arasında geniş bir çalışma sıcaklığı aralığı sunar. TAPE&REEL paketleme seçeneği ile temin edilebilmektedir. Maksimum güç değeri 500mW olan bu diyot, 1µA ters akım ve 15 Ohm empedansa sahiptir. Diyot, katot polaritesine sahip olup, ±5% toleransa sahiptir.
