Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Membership and Terms of Use Agreement has been prepared in order to set out the terms and conditions regarding the use of the website named www.demsaystore.com.

Users who use the Site and/or register as members shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all of the conditions set forth below.

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between Demsay Elektronik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), which owns the
www.demsaystore.com website, and the user who registers for the Site or visits the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms regarding the User’s use of the www.demsaystore.com website and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership and Terms of Use

3.1. www.demsaystore.com is open to everyone. Unless otherwise stated, the services offered on the Site are free of charge.

3.2. The User accepts that the information provided while registering for the site is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any and all liability arising from providing misleading or inaccurate information belongs to the User.

3.3. The User is responsible for keeping the confidentiality of the user name and password information belonging to them. The User is responsible for any and all damages that may result from sharing this information with third parties.

3.4. While using the Site, the User may not engage in conduct that violates the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye, general rules of morality, or the rights of third parties.

3.5. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, the content of the Site without permission.

3.6. Any software, initiative, or transaction that would threaten the security of the Site, prevent the Site from operating, or damage the Site infrastructure is prohibited.

4. Rights of Site Management

4.1. If the Site management determines that the User has acted in violation of the provisions of this agreement, it may temporarily or permanently stop the User’s use of the Site and may cancel the membership.

4.2. The Site management reserves the right to make changes to the content of the Site, the services, and the terms of the agreement in cases where it deems necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Site is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the User’s use of the Site.

5.2. The relationships that the User establishes with third parties through the Site are entirely the responsibility of the User.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

www.demsaystore.com All content, design, logos, text, visuals, and software on the site belong to Demsay Elektronik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. or to the licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Cancellation of Membership

The User may cancel their membership through the Site at any time. Upon cancellation of the membership, the User’s right to access the Site ends. The cancellation process cannot be reversed.

8. Notices

8.1. The e-mail address that the User provides during registration to the Site shall be deemed the valid notice address for all notifications to be made within the scope of this agreement.

8.2. If changes to the e-mail address are not reported to the Site, notifications sent to the old e-mail address shall be considered valid.

9. Effectiveness

By registering for the Site or using the Site, the User shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement. This agreement enters into force as soon as the User begins to use the Site.
